Over the past year, we’ve been investing in bringing our CX solutions, Usabilla and GetFeedback, into one platform. We’re excited to share upcoming product updates that begin connecting these solutions in the product experience. Starting October 13th 2020, you will see the below changes in the Usabilla experience.
For customers of Usabilla and GetFeedback, you’ll now have one unified place to log in. Starting October 13th when signing into Usabilla, the login page have a new look with the GetFeedback logo and colors. This update does any of your credentials or 2FA, please continue using your Usabilla credentials (email address and password) to log in.
Updated Usabilla UI
The Usabilla user interface will be updated to provide a consistent visual experience across Usabilla and GetFeedback. The Usabilla logo will be replaced with the GetFeedback logo and the color palette will be updated. The product experience will remain the same - only the logo and colors will be changed.
Switching between Usabilla and GetFeedback
You can seamlessly navigate between Usabilla, GetFeedback (applicable for organizations that have a license to both of the products), and Workspaces without having to log in separately. The side menu will have options to navigate to GetFeedback and Workspaces.
If you'd like to connect feedback and data collected from Usabilla and GetFeedback into one place, we highly recommend utilising Workspaces!
