How can I create a Top Key words tile?
Adding a Top Key words tile starts off the same way as adding a regular Open Text tile. After clicking on 'Add New Tile' at the bottom of your workspace and giving it a distinct name (we've named this example tile 'Text Analysis'), you'll be presented with a page, where you can select the type of tile you're looking to create. Here, select Open Text. (If you've never created a new tile in Workspaces before, please refer to this article for step-by-step instructions)
Then, select all of the Campaigns, Forms or Widgets you'd like to analyze in your new tile. Keep in mind, that you'll only see those, that are already in the workspace you're adding the tile to.
On the 'Visualization' page you can select how you'd like to visualize your open text answers. In this case, you'll need to select the 'Top key words' option.
The 'List View tile' option is ideal if you'd like to see all of your responses and you could use it it combination with a 'Top key words tile'. This way, when you drill-down on your open text answers you'll be able to read the full responses related to key words or related key words.
On the same page, you'll also have some new display options, where you can select different languages your users might have used to submit responses. You can decide whether you only want to include specific languages in the tile or include all of them instead.
We support 10 languages: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, or Swedish. You can create a different tile for each language, or include them all in one tile.
And voilá, after hitting 'Create tile', you should see your brand new tile added to your workspace.
Note: We recommend using this visualization with a minimum of 500 open-text answers for the best results.
The functionalities of the Top Key words tile
Now that we set up our Top Key words tile, let's look at how it's structured and what functionalities it provides exactly.
First and foremost, you can find the most common words listed from top to bottom on the left hand-side:
Each row is expandable, where you can view all words that most frequently pop up in connection to the specific key word:
The numbers next to graphs show how many times each key word was mentioned:
If you selected multiple (or all) languages in the Display options when setting up the tile, you can filter for specific languages within the tile as well:
Lastly, you can use the kebab menu in the upper right corner to change the visualization options of your tile, such as the language you'd like to view in it. You can also edit the title or description of the tile and add data to it through this menu.
