We have unified the login of Usabilla and Workspaces into a new common login page, which means that you don't have to login again when switching between the two environments. In this article, we will go through all of the key changes that will affect you when logging in.

This is due to the fact, that both https://app.usabilla.com/ and https://console.usabilla.com/ now redirects you to the new GetFeedback domain, which your password manager or browser cannot recognise when you first land on it. Once you save it, the pre-filling should work again.
Please note, that accessing the page via the GetFeedback domain directly will not work. Please continue accessing our platform via https://app.usabilla.com/, just like before.
If you have 2-factor authentication set up and have logged in to Workspaces before, please make sure you're using your Workspaces 2FA code to log in. The code you used to use for Usabilla will not work anymore.
Logging in using your username is not allowed anymore. Please enter your email address instead.

Please click on the 'Forgot your password?' link under the Login button and enter your password. You should then receive an email from email@example.com, containing instructions about how you can reset your password.
If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder and get it touch with your IT department to make sure our emails are not blocked by your firewall settings.

New look & feel
When you first land on the page, you might notice that we have made some changes to the design. Nothing major here, we kept it clean and simple.
New domain & change in credentials
You will continue accessing Usabilla via https://app.usabilla.com/ and Workspaces via https://console.usabilla.com/, however, you may notice that both redirects you to our GetFeedback domain, which is where our new login page is hosted. Accessing the GetFeedback domain directly will not allow you to login, therefore please continue using the same two URLs from before.
Due to this change, if you had your credentials saved in your browser or password manager previously, they will not be pre-filled on the new page, therefore you will need to enter them manually the first time you log in.
There is also a small change made to the credentials you can use. Previously, you were able to log in with your username, however, that will not be allowed anymore. Instead, please use your email address and password to access the page.
Previously, if you had 2-factor-authentication activated in your account, you had to use separate authentication codes for Usabilla and Workspaces. We have now improved this by merging them into a single 2FA.
For existing Workspaces and 2FA users
If you have 2-factor authentication activated in Usabilla and have already logged in to Workspaces before, you will need to enter the Workspaces 2-factor authentication code. The code that you used to use to login to Usabilla will not work anymore.
If you have never logged into Workspaces using 2FA
If you have 2-factor-authentication turned on but have never logged into Workspaces before, you will be automatically prompted to define a new 2-factor-authentication code during login by scanning a new QR code. This new code is the only one you will need to use to login moving forward.
