If you work for a multinational company and your feedback is managed by one team, we recommend you take advantage of GetFeedback Digital’s feedback translation feature, so everyone with account access can read the feedback submitted by your users.
This feature enables the automatic translation of feedback given via your feedback button. Mind you: only the comments given via the Comment Field will be translated. Please see below:
The translation can be set to a variety of languages, and both the original and translated comment will appear in the detailed overview of your feedback item. The translated comment will also be shown in the email notifications of Saved Searches.
If you want this feature activated, you won’t be able to do it yourself. Get in touch with your Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to activate this feature for you.
Note: The translation feature is set per button; therefore, you will need to let your Customer Success Manager know for which button you’d like to have the translation feature enabled and to which language you would like to have the feedback translated.
Keep in mind that if a user submits a comment with many typos or abbreviated words, our software might have trouble interpreting the language used in the comment. Thus, the translation won’t be executed.
