With GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking you can compare the global feedback results that you collect through your feedback form, with those collected in the industry you operate in or compare with other industries. GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking is powered by a smart algorithm that ensures that all shown data is fully anonymous and provides an accurate representation of the respective industry.
GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking can be accessed through the left-side menu in your GetFeedback Digital account. As a GetFeedback Digital Enterprise client you will be able to see data from the day you started using GetFeedback Digital for your own industry and for different industries.
Which information is collected in GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking?
In GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking we show data that derives from the feedback form from clients that opted- in for the Benchmarking feature. These data are grouped per industry on a monthly basis. Data is only shown for industries where we can guarantee that the number of collected items is sufficient for the data to be anonymous and to provide a representative overview per industry.
GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking includes data from the following feedback form elements:
- An emotional trendline deriving from the moodrating question.
- The Net Promotor Score (NPS). This score is only shown to users who measure an NPS in their feedback form(s).
- A breakdown of the different NPS-ratings given.
- Technical information such as browser, device and operating system of users that provide feedback.
How do I use GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking?
Although GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking is powered by a complex algorithm that ensures that all shown data is anonymous and provides a good representation per industry, we do not advise to use the data as a scientific resource. It can however be used to quickly gain high-level insights about the feedback you collect in relation to feedback collected in your industry. Please read more about how you can use it here.
Under which circumstances do I not see any Benchmarking data?
We offer the possibility to opt-out of Benchmarking. If your Benchmarking section remains empty, your GetFeedback Digital account owner opted-out of GetFeedback Digital Benchmarking. Please reach out to email@example.com if you would like to opt-out or re-gain access to GetFeedback Digital.
Furthermore we do not show Benchmarking data if your filtered data set or the industry you selected does not contain enough data to ensure anonymity and a representative data set.
How do you ensure that my data remains private and secure?
Usabilla Benchmarking is powered by an algorithm that carefully weighs all feedback data and only shows data if this is anonymous and representative. This entails that we only show data in Usabilla Benchmarking if the amount of given feedback is sufficient and the feedback items derive from a minimum amount of Usabilla clients.
