Campaign templates can be very helpful when you have a Campaign that you might want to reuse in the future. Creating a campaign template makes it easy to quickly add multiple questions from the template. In the article, we'll be explaining how you can create, apply, and manage Campaign templates.
Creating a Template
Once you have completed editing your Campaign form you can save it as a template. To save your Campaign as a template you first click on the Templates button.
Next click on Save as template button. This allows you to use and edit the form at a later date instead of having to recreate it.
When saving the template you can also choose to update/replace a current template. This can be done by selecting the Update existing template box and selecting the template you wish to update from the dropdown menu.
Applying Templates
To apply templates you have previously saved you must first select the language of the template.
This reveals the custom templates section and filters your templates so that only those that are relevant are shown. This can be useful if you have a lot of saved templates e.g. when you have multiple templates in multiple languages.
Managing Templates
To manage your existing templates click the Manage Templates tab at the top.
In the Manage Templates section, you'll see the name, the language, and the date created of each of your saved templates. You can edit and save the name and language by clicking on the individual sections or you can delete templates by clicking the garbage bin icon.
