Apart from using Usabilla on your public website, collecting feedback from your colleagues can prove very valuable to your organization. In this article, we will cover the implementation of Usabilla for Websites on your SAP Cloud Platform HTML app.
The following will be needed to implement Usabilla:
- A Usabilla (combi)code or access to Usabilla
- Admin access to your app's development environment
- Publicly accessible CSS files in your app. If your CSS is not publicly accessible, please find information on how to whitelist it for the Usabilla servers here.
- Since your SAP Fiori app is a single page application, please take note of our guidelines for single page applications.
Next, it's time to open your SAP Fiori app's development environment. We will use SAP's Web IDE. Depending on whether your app is using the Fiori Launchpad we will insert the Usabilla script either into fiorilaunchpad.html or into index.html.
Then save your project and run the app to try out Usabilla. You will now be able to collect passive feedback and you will be able to run active campaign surveys.
