The Key Insights help you to take action based on the feedback you collect on your website by highlighting anomalies and trends in your feedback. This allows you to reduce the time spent on the manual analysis of all incoming feedback. Key Insights are available for GetFeedback Digital for Web - passive feedback.
Where can I find these insights?
Key Insights are available in the GetFeedback Digital for Web passive feedback dashboard. They will only show if the Key Insights can provide meaningful information. This means that the Key Insights will only be available if the current filtered dataset contains at least 100 items.
By default, the dashboard will only show you the last 30 days. If you are not seeing any insights you can use the filters at the top-right to increase your dataset.
Which insights are available?
Below you will find a description of the different Key Insights that are available to you. Keep in mind that we only show Insights that are relevant to you. This means that you may or may not see these rules, depending on how you configured GetFeedback Digital. All Insights depend on your account's averages and show trends and changes accordingly.

How can I use these Key Insights?
The Key Insights section provides a great starting point for analyzing your feedback. It will highlight the trends that are most likely to require your attention. If you want to explore one of the insights further, simply click the Insight to navigate to the feedback page, where all relevant feedback items will be shown to you.
When will I see the Insights?
The key insights section will only be shown if you collected at least 100 feedback items within the specified time range. By default, your dashboard will show feedback from the past 30 days.
The Insights are also tailored to the feedback that you normally receive within your account. This means that all Insights are shown in relation to your average amounts of feedback and average scores. If any of the insights do not apply for you, they will not be shown in your account. For instance, the Insight that is related to the label "Bug" will not be shown to you if you don't collect any feedback items with this label.
How can I provide feedback?
This feature is still under development and we very much look forward to receiving your feedback. Therefore we incorporated our own In-Page widget in the Key Insights section. Simply click the thumbs up or down for each rule to let us know what you think.
